Join The Little Lighthouse Foundation for this special edition of Fit Club with the Obstacle Course Racing Youth League and the youth from Miami Children's Initiative!
LLF will be partnering up with Obstacle Course Racing Youth League ("OCR Youth League") to bring obstacle course racing to the children at LLF’s Partner Facilities!
The OCR Youth League aims to challenge youth to put their minds to the task of completing its obstacle courses. Through this sport, youth learn discipline, focus and to not be afraid of new challenges both on the field and in life. Participants train at the Focused Movement Academy and compete at OCR Youth League’s Alpha Cup.
Volunteers of all experience levels are welcome!
LLF volunteers will help the youth at each obstacle, make sure they are completing the course safely, and provide plenty of motivation so they can complete it!
OCR will be exhibiting for the youth of Miami Children's Initiative at Charles R. Drew K-8 Center. Charles R. Drew K-8 is located at 1775 NW 60th St, Miami, FL 33142.

Mission Statement
The Little Lighthouse Foundation assists children and their families in South Florida who face educational, financial, and medical hardships. This support is derived from recruiting and educating passionate, caring, socially conscious South Floridians, and then deploying them to beneficiary charities. In addition, the Little Lighthouse Foundation raises monies to provide direct support both directly to children and their families and to address specific needs of local charities benefitting children. Through a new paradigm of fundraising and awareness, the Little Lighthouse Foundation financially supports numerous partner organizations throughout South Florida and dispatches hundreds of volunteers who donate their time and hearts.

Founded in 2010, The Little Lighthouse Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that rallies volunteers and conducts high profile events to benefit children and their families throughout South Florida. Focusing on supporting families who face medical, educational, emotional and financial challenges, the Little Lighthouse Foundation?s network of active young professionals contribute both time and financial contributions to the greater good of the foundation's beneficiaries.
