Brief Summary

Calling all community supporters to help set up for a very important event. We need your help to decorate our gym facility for the family members and children in our summer music program. We will be hosting a special showcase and need all the help we can get to arrange tables, background displays, artwork, chairs and music equipment.

Volunteer Duties / Responsibilities

The volunteer could help with cleaning, setting up tables, chairs, decorating the gym. The volunteer could possibly help set up music equipment, lighting, stage decorations and artwork, working the event, and, cleanup.

Requirements

The volunteer should be someone who is trustworthy, responsible, and willing to help set up our special event. This person should be able to work independently after being given some instruction. Each volunteer must sign volunteer waiver release form prior to volunteering.

Time Commitment

One evening commitment during the date and time allotted below.

Date: July 31, 2018

Set-up Time: 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Age Requirement

Volunteers must be 18 years or older.
