The Marketing, Fundraising & Development Assistant will assist in the identification, cultivation and solicitation of events, campaigns and partnerships, expanding our funding opportunities. He/she will help develop and manage fundraising strategies, with measurable goals and objectives, projects and activities focused on generating support for the organization. He/she will reach out to members of the community, generating funds from both current and potential donors. Focus will be building strong, open and collaborative working relationships characterized by mutual respect within and outside the organization.

Must be passionate about our Mission, and be able to be agreeable to our policy and liability terms. Ideally is willing to make a long-term commitment.

Looking for a volunteer who is innovative, project oriented and has good communication skills. Experience in project management/fundraising preferred. Experience in non-profit preferred.
