Organizational Director

Job Purpose

The Organizational Director will be responsible for overseeing all of the organizational components of AZSA, including but not limited to: operations, communications, and volunteer management.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with Directors of operations, communications, and volunteer management to ensure successful design and implementation of respective strategies
  • Act in the role of any and all of the three Directors if the positions are a) vacant or b) the person is temporarily unavailable
  • Willingness to step into any role in operations, communications, and volunteer management as necessary
  • Work with organizational directors to ensure they are fulfilling their individual roles and responsibilities
  • Provide consistent support and clarity to organizational directors
  • Ensure teamwork and cohesion among organizational components and team members
  • Work directly with the Assistant Executive Director to ensure that operations, communications, and volunteer management are completing their goals
  • Responsible for working with three directors to create annual budgets for operations, communications, and volunteer management
  • Ability to continuously learn, research, and execute new tools in operations, communications, and volunteer management
  • Manage recurring donations, working with the communications team and the development team
  • Will be a member of the Fundraising Committee representing recurring donations
  • Work with the Programs Directors and Assistant Executive Director to ensure that priority leaders are receiving the necessary support from operations, communications, and volunteer management
  • Work with the Programs Director and Assistant Executive Director to strategize and problem solve as it relates to operations, communications, and volunteer management

Time commitment: Approximately 40 Hours Per Week
