At Girl Scouts, girls practice entrepreneurship, learning the business smarts and confidence they need to create their own success- whatever that looks like to them. As a Girl Scout volunteer, your encouragement means everything. YOU change girls’ lives and can help them achieve anything they put their minds to.

Be the coolest mentor your girls will ever have! We are looking for sharp leaders (both young and seasoned) to guide girls to Discover, Connect and Take Action in their communities!

Troop leaders meet with their girls weekly, bi weekly or once a month (you decide- the flexibility is awesome!) within their community and offer girl-led experiences to help girls achieve THEIR goals, whether it is earning badges and awards, camping at one of our facilities or providing service to their community. Be a troop leader and, in turn, teach the next generation of women to be leaders!

Troop leaders receive exclusive trainings and have the opportunity to go on retreats--with other like-minded women! This is a great opportunity for young professionals, mothers and retired women! So, what are you waiting for? Join the fun!
