Position: Sound System / DJ

This is an unpaid (but, priceless), remote, volunteer position with flexible hours for an individual or internship position. Applicant must reside in the greater Seattle, WA area. Benefits include:

Sound System / DJ Responsibilities: Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

STCC is looking for a bright and enthusiastic person, in the Seattle area, to fill the position of Sound System / DJ for our mobile app which is being developed to connect parents whose children have pediatric cancer. We are looking for someone to play an integral part in our upcoming Gala fundraiser on Oct. 20 th, 2018. This person must be available to attend our Gala. We need this individual to have their own quality sound system to include everything we’ll need for quality sound in both the live auction and silent auction rooms, including several speakers, two wireless microphones and receivers, all tech, sound processing equipment, stands, cables and scrims (to make the stands look pretty). If possible, this person will work to put together some custom music "bumpers" that will be played along with the Powerpoint Presentation that will be shown during the live auction to add an extra bit of fun. We have a projector, but if you have one you prefer us to use that would be great.

Fairwood Golf & Country Club has several events each month that require DJ to provide music for dancing. If all goes well at our Gala you would be added to our vendor list for paid opportunities (if you’d like).
