Do you enjoy painting? Are you looking for a short-term project to help a local non-profit beautify its space for visitors? Then we have the perfect project for you! Health Imperatives - Nantucket, which operates Nantucket Family Planning/Sexual and Reproductive Health services, WIC, and Healthy Families on Nantucket is in need of painting volunteers! We will supply the paint, if you are willing to provide the time and energy to repaint our building. This project will likely be a 2-day project that will require about 2-3 volunteers. We are looking to have volunteers paint on September 8th and September 15th.

Who we are:
Health Imperatives is a non-profit community based agency that provides vital health and human services to nearly 30,000 families and individuals each year from communities stretching from Quincy to Nantucket.
Health Imperatives promotes healthy, safe, and vibrant families and communities. We support families and individuals who are struggling to cope with the devastating effects of poverty and violence, individuals who are worried about their health and safety, and parents who may be unprepared for the challenges of raising young children. Our health, nutrition, and counseling programs provide help, hope, and opportunity to local families and individuals.
