Join us to make a beautiful work of art with visiting artist Reenie Charriere! Together we will create a piece called "Magic Carpet" from fused plastic bags. Families, individuals, and groups of people are invited to help create this original work of art!

Description
The fundamental responsibilities of the Park District are:
*to provide Peoria area residents with opportunities for wholesome recreational activities, high quality facilities and a wide variety of programs to aid in satisfying diverse interests.
*conserve the natural resoursces of Peoria for the enjoyment of today's residents, as well as future generations. This includes restoration of natural and open spaces in older sections of the city.
*to be the guardian of a quality environment for Peoria area residents while encouraging the restoration, conservation, and preservation of aesthetic values in the community.
