ECHO is a boutique that sells gently used women's clothing to help provide financial support to programs of Women's Resources of Monroe County. Women's Resources is a crisis agency that provides services for people effected by domestic and sexual violence. The ECHO boutique is run entirely by volunteers and fills needs for our agency by funding through sales, access of clothing for our clients and outreach by our Echo volunteers to the community. ECHO Volunteer duties include: customer service, sorting donations, preparing clothes for display, cleaning and straightening the boutique and maintaining a welcoming environment. The shifts are Monday through Saturday 10 am to 1pm or 1 pm- 4:30 pm. Volunteers sign up for shifts based on their availability.

To provide a safe and caring environment that encourages healing and empowerment for anyone whose life has been impacted by domestic and sexual violence. We strive to engage our community through awareness, advocacy, and prevention.


Women’s Resources offers FREE and CONFIDENTIAL services for anyone who has been a victim, or family members of victims, of domestic and/or sexual abuse. Established in 1980 we have grown and expanded our services to meet the needs of victims and survivors in our area. Domestic and sexual abuse know no boundaries - women, men, children, teens, LGBTQ+, young and old; anyone can be a victim of abuse, therefore anyone can be eligible to receive services at Women’s Resources.
