Rescue + Freedom Project is opening up their own Sanctuary! The ROC or Rescue + Outreach Center will be an amazing sanctuary where our special needs animals can thrive while they are rehabilitated and eventually adopted into their forever homes. The ROC will also serve as an education center, where we can inform children and adults about animal testing, living a cruelty-free life, and more!

We are holding a grand opening of this amazing new sanctuary and calling it our "Celebration of Survival". It will take place on September 29, 2018, in Agoura Hills, CA, and will honor 250 guests. The evening will include a hosted bar, tray passed appetizers, amazing food stations, a silent auction, raffles, a live auction, unique experiences, a tour of the facility, meet and greets with our survivor animals, and amazing gift bags for all guests.

Here’s where you come in. 250 is a lot of people and there will be a various aspects of the event that we'll need help with. Volunteers to help with passing the appetizers, checking people in, filling gift bags, giving tours, helping with the silent auction, and other elements will all be tremendously important and help the night to be a success for our survivors. We are looking for about 30-40 volunteers to help us out.

If you are interested, please let me know as soon as possible. Some things like filling gift bags may be done ahead of time, so if you are unavailable on the day of the event but still want to help out, please let me know and we can schedule a day for you to help with event preparations.

We are truly an organization that relies on volunteers, and without the help of volunteers like you, far fewer lives would have been saved.
