POSITION SUMMARY: Position will assist Mission Addiction team with computer support and research best practices to create efficient technology usage for the organization. Position will support with the creation of new MA Google email accounts as needed. Position will help team members learn how to use any current technology as needed. Prefer a Dayton area candidate who could occasionally assist in-person if needed, but will consider other candidates well-versed in video conference technology with good communication skills.


QUALIFICATIONS: Understanding of different computer platforms and basic operations. Ability to listen and communicate effectively in order to resolve technology issues and teach basic functions. Experience in a help desk type environment and/or fielding questions regarding different systems and issues. Detailed knowledge required of Zoom. Basic knowledge of Google Workspace, including Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and setting up new Google email accounts is required. Must be proficient in the English language, including reading and writing.

DUTIES:
- Supports MA team members with any questions regarding current technology
- Answers requests within one day to one week and responds professionally
- Troubleshoots existing problems and works tenaciously toward resolution
- Tracks all work, including status, in specified Google Drive folder
- Helps research and evaluate new technologies to drive efficiency
- Assists with process efficiency for all of the above

Other duties may include:
- Assisting in enhancing existing written tutorials
- Arranging group calls or meetings
- Special projects
