We are searching for an enthusiastic volunteer to join our organization. To be successful as a volunteer, you should demonstrate active listening and problem-solving skills. Outstanding volunteers should be diligent, meticulous, and take pride in their work.
Immediate position needed: Data Entry in Airtable Volunteer Responsibilities:- Completing the short training and asking questions if you are uncertain about anything.
- Completing all tasks assigned by the supervisor and reporting any issues immediately.
- Making recommendations for improvement where feasible and appropriate.
- Delivering presentations or reports if necessary.
- Communicating with the supervisor or relevant stakeholders when you are running late or unable to fulfill your duties.
- A willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- A high degree of professionalism and the ability to follow instructions.
- Respect and diligence.
- Good time management.
- A personable manner.

Mission Statement
Inspiration, education and community for parents of children who are living with transplants and the community that serves them. The most common resources that families request, but struggle to find information on is generally the following: -Resources such as articles pertaining to specific treatments and therapies either in print or online during the transplant process. And further resources available for psycho/social needs for post transplant (i.e. access to Medicaid, how to communicate with your school via IEP/504, etc.) -Referral to financial aid resources that are available to help cover expenses -Available Counseling Support -Parent to Parent connections -Peer to Peer connections

Vision
We are building a community space for resources and a place to connect for transplant families and the community that serves them.  Providing virtual space for resources and educational material on our website to help families with their needs while going through the transplant process and well beyond. Helping the transplant practitioners access information that would be helpful to their transplant families.
Objectives
We will measure success through social media growth, web visitation and making connections with those in the community who can further help our families, i.e. children’s hospitals, foundations, field experts and other organizations.
