About

Sixth Station Project is a program that brings showers to people without homes in the Huntington Park area. We currently have one day of service, every Thursday from 9 am to 1 pm. However we want to expand to another two days and also provide more programs such as arts and crafts, mental health classes, and work training.

In order to expand we need to raise funds to cover expenses. The volunteers would use traditional methods of fund raising such as dinners and galas and would also use social media to create a network for fundraisers across the internet. The job could be worked from home and would require people to communicate with teammates regularly in order to coordinate efforts.
