Project HEAL is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Digital Analyst to join our national social media team. Candidates must have an interest in and experience with social media and analytics, as well as a passion for Project HEAL’s mission. The Digital Analyst will be expected to work as part of the national social media team to cultivate Project HEAL's voice across all online marketing and social media platforms.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Develop weekly social media analytics reports, tracking Project HEAL's social activity on all appropriate social channels including fans, followers, comments, and engagement
  • Design graphs and dashboards leveraging social media report ing tools and social platforms for Project HEAL and partners (Carolyn Costin, HEALers Circle, Etc.)
  • Identify industry influencers for potential interaction
  • Research competitors to identify Project HEAL's strengths and weaknesses
  • Analyze social media monitorin g and engagement tools and recommend tools to meet Project HEAL's goals
  • Work with the Social Media Team to research and identify social media opportun ities for each Project HEAL social channel

Qualifications:

  • A passion for Project HEAL’s mission and strong working knowledge of social media analytics
  • Must be able to commit to 5-10 hours per week for at least 1-year
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work remotely
  • Ability to effectively communicate information to internal and external senior executives, HEAL PR and Marketing team members, HEAL Chapter team members and vendors
  • An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
  • 2-3 years of MarCom experience (preferred but not necessarily required)
  • Knowledge of eating disorders (preferred but not necessarily required)

Project HEAL is a 501(c)3 non- profit organization that provides access to healing for all people with eating disorders.

Description

Since its founding in 2008, Project HEAL has provided over 100 applicants with access to live-saving treatment for their eating disorder, established over 30 Chapters and 25 Ambassadors bringing Project HEAL's mission and values to communities across the United States, and developed partnerships with more than 30 recognized eating disorder treatment providers across the US. The primary function of Chapters is to serve as robust local recovery communities that offer resources for those affected by eating disorders and opportunities to volunteer and make a difference in the lives of those affected by eating disorders.

We are an organization with a large volunteer base and have many volunteer opportunities available year-round. We are always looking for new people who have an interest in and passion for helping others suffering from eating disorders, poor body image, and low self-esteem.
