General:
Volunteer photographer wanted for the Arthritis Foundation's Juvenile Arthritis Family Camp, Camp JAM in Canby, OR, August 3-5, 2018. Photographers need to have an understanding of working with children. Volunteers can be young adults who have a form of arthritis, past campers, health professionals who work in the rheumatology field, physical therapists, social workers and other individuals who are interested in helping children living with arthritis or other childhood rheumatic diseases. Photographers report to the camp director.
Experience Needed
Photographers should have experience with photography and working with children.
Photographer Responsibilities
Photographers are responsible for rotating through activities for the duration of the camp program. They should do their best to ensure that every participant is represented as well as making sure children who have opted out of being included in photos are not represented. Photographers will follow up after camp and provide the Arthritis Foundation with their photos. It is the expectation that the Arthritis Foundation owns the rights to the photos.
Volunteer photographers are required to sign the Volunteer Photography Waiver. Lodging and meals are provided by the Arthritis Foundation for the duration of camp.
