We're looking for volunteers for our 2019 July Book Sale. At the sale, you will find more than 10,000 books, DVDs, and CDs, with prices starting at $1 for paperbacks and $3 for hardback books. Items include mysteries, romances, classics, children’s books, local histories, cookbooks and a variety of non-fiction topics. Children’s books start at just $0.50.
We need volunteers for set-up, take down, and everything in between- which includes book sorting, cashiers, and a couple of other tasks that are important to this volunteer run organization.

The Charleston Friends of the Library is a nonprofit organization that supports and advocates for the Charleston County Public Library system.
Description
We raise money to fund more than 7,000 programs sponsored annually by the library, including Summer Reading. To accomplish our goal of advocating for and enhancing the library system, we provide opportunities for the community to invest in their public library through donations of time, money, and books.
