Friday afternoon/evening is setup for the event, Sunday morning/afternoon is clean up and Saturday evening/night is the event. Friday and Sunday are pretty self explanatory . Saturday; We need help with a fast pace registration area where we will be using a software program for checking guest in and checking them out. We also need those outspoken high energy volunteers to walk around and sale revenue enhancers or help guest with the live auction (mobile bidding). There is a crash course training for each area 30 minutes prior. If this sounds like something you or your organization would like to be a part of please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or just to let us know you are in! As the date gets closer I will start reaching out to each of you to confirm times and which day you would like to help the fight against cancer.
