The Steering Committee meeting
This meeting is used to select volunteers for our Annual Great Gatsby Masquerade Gala. This is a formal event that will take place on October 20, 2018, at The Thrasher- Horne Center for The Arts. located at 283 College Drive, Orange Park Florida 32073.

Volunteer Dress code
For the event, we ask that our volunteers wear a black button-down shirt ( Polo shirt welcomed), black pants, black shoes, and black socks. Hair should be placed in a bun or neatly cut/ styled.

Volunteer Times and Duties needed
Two shifts are available ( 2:45 pm to 7 pm) (7 pm to 11 pm) The meal is included on 7 pm to 11 pm shift Volunteers must be able to lift 30lbs. The need for volunteers is for the following:

• Must be 18 and older for the 3 pm to 7 pm shift
• Must be 21 and older for the 7 pm to 11 pm shift
• Unload party decorations off the truck
• Greeting and seating participants
• Setup and breakdown of party items ( tables, chairs, and surroundings)
• Serving participants
• Clearing table of used dishes
• Loading used dishes into the dishwasher
• Unloading dishes from the dishwasher and packing dishes
• Packing and loading truck of party items

• Interested volunteers are asked to attend the Steering committee meeting on July 28th from 9 am to 12 pm at the Watson Realty Office: 153-7 Blanding Blvd Orange Park Florida 32073 (904) 269-127
• Brunch and punch served at the meeting with an opportunity to become a Daniels Quality Care Services board member.
