The Seniors Resource Center works to improve or maintain the quality of life for seniors age 60+. Physical activity is one of the ways seniors stay as healthy as possible. Our Hidden Lakes care manager is looking for a volunteer to teach a yoga class on Mondays and Wednesdays55430 (time to be determined). The participants will be seniors so an interested volunteer will need a desire to work with older adults and be aware of the limitations of older adults or be willing to learn.
