Wine, Women and Shoes Sanibel, will be held on October 19th at the Marriott Resort Sanibel Harbour. Join the planning committee, we need outgoing and dedicated individuals to solicit auction items and sponsors, coordinate and assemble auction items, plan logistics including décor and set up. Help is also needed the day of the event with set up (décor, auction items), as well as during the event (registration, chance drawing sales, greeters, auction supervisors and more).

Some key committees include and roles include:
* Auction Committee- responsible for gathering and soliciting items from local businesses, creating and tracking lists of items (includes descriptions, value, photos, and contact information) setting up auction item display
*Outreach Committee- works with local business and local media to promote the event, puts event on local community calendars, solicits media sponsorships and helps with ticket sales
*Venue Logistics Committee- assists with seating arrangements, floor plans, menu/food stations, bar/beverages, lighting, A/V
*Décor Committee- assist with décor, table settings, place cards, centerpieces, works with vendors day of both set up and tear down

***Committee members are expected to attend committee meetings, collect at least 3 silent auction items, recommend sponsorships and bring one bottle of wine rated 94 points or above***
