Population Served: Residents of Caritas Housing properties (Adults, Seniors and People with Disabilities)
Position Description: Certified Yoga Instructors will provide yoga classes to residents of various Catholic Charities/Caritas Housing properties in NE and SE Portland. Class scheduling is flexible and up to the instructor. Ideal classes would be beginner level and instructor should have knowledge of appropriate modifications.
Key Responsibilities: Provide residents with fun, and welcoming yoga class instruction.
Position Requirements: Must be 18 , Must carry certification.
Supervisor: Resident Services Coordinator(s)
Time Commitment: 1-2h/month or more

Description
