Are you interested in becoming a literacy tutor?
Literacy Council is a free one to one and small group basic literacy and English language tutoring program to help adults reach their full potential.

Improving reading skills:
Increases employment
Improves productivity in the workplace
Lowers healthcare costs, increases numbers of people receiving preventative care and providing self-care
Reduces crime rates

Our next required tutor training will be held on Saturday September 8th from 9am-3pm at the Community Development YMCA located at 600 Loughborough Ave. St. Louis, MO 63111.

Lunch is provided.
