The MNFF is seeking volunteers for its 4th annual festival this August 23 - 26! With more than 90 films from around the world, 60+attending filmmakers, four venues, a dozen parties and events and a projected 3,200+ attendance, this year's event is gearing up to be bigger and better than ever.
Volunteering at MNFF is a wonderful opportunity for all ages, and is an exciting and dynamic way to contribute to Middlebury's vibrant arts scene. Volunteers will be compensated with tickets and passes on a sliding scale based upon hours worked. We encourage volunteers to commit to at least two shifts at the festival so that we can all work together and contribute equally.
Volunteering is a fantastic way to get experience in theater management, projection, event support, ticketing, and even in introducing films. Whether you are a film student, a long-time cinephile or simply want to see what we're all about, we welcome you with open arms. MNFF is meant for everyone!

Mission Statement
The MNFF is dedicated to supporting the best independent cinema in the world while celebrating the beautiful town and state we call home. Our festival is all about the work of first and second time filmmakers. It is our sole focus, and it's is what we love to showcase. Our filmmakers come from all over the world to attend the Festival each August and each year we welcome more than 3,200 patrons from around the state and beyond.
Description
The event takes place in scenic Middlebury, Vermont in late August each year. Our 4th Annual event will roll out August 23-26, 2018.
More than 60 directors, producers, writers and cinematographers from around the world attended MNFF3 this past August and had a wonderful time here in Middlebury. We also welcome other distinguished guests to our stages and offer compelling panel discussions and conversations on topics of interest to both our filmmakers and the folks who come to see these films.
