ORGANIZATION: UTAH FOOD ALLERGY NETWORK INC

As leadership body of the organization you will help determine its mission and purposes. Each individual board member is expected to attend at minimum 4 quarterly board meetings, serve as active advocates and ambassadors of the organization, engage in identifying and securing financial resources and partnerships to advance the organization and it's mission. A board member must be an UFAN member in good standing for at least one year.

UFAN’s mission is to provide outreach to the newly diagnosed and the community at large, offering support, promoting education, building awareness of the severity of food allergies, anaphylaxis, eosinophilic disorders, and advocating for positive change.

Utah Food Allergy Network is a 501(c)3 non-profit food allergy resource with a medical advisory board providing safe community events, educational conferences, school assemblies, media support forums and more. UFAN is solely volunteer based organization.
