We Welcome You to Be a Part of Our Physician's Choice Hospice Team, and to Share Your Love and Musical Talent with Patients in Tulsa & Surrounding Areas. We have All Ages of Patients.
Our Volunteer Coordinator is eager to Guide and Support you in being a Part of a Great Volunteer Team.
Our Patient's Love quaint settings in the comfort of the facilities/homes in which they reside. They Love to gather around and listen to:
*Acoustic Guitarist *Violinist *Harpist *Ukulele Players, *Harmonica Players, and Other Musical Instruments; and know Your Musical Talent is a True Gift to Our Patients.
The Music Vibration provides Calming, Fun and Interactive Music Therapy to Individuals unable to go out for musical performances.
Come share and be a part of Celebrating the breath of life, and Inspire and Uplift Others, and be of Service in Your Community - Shining Your Light With a Heart of Love and Compassion.

Description
Physicians Choice Hospice is a a hospice orginization which takes pride in our commitment to quality, and in our mission to deliver exceptional care.
We achieve this by utlizing an interdisciplinary team of Physicians, Skilled Nurses, Home Health Aides, Social Workers, Chaplains and trained Volunteers to create a circle of care for our patients and their families. Allowing the patient and families support and education to make their own decisions about what is imoprtant to them. Physicians Choice Hospice respects the decisions of the patient and family to to create an atmosphere of understanding and acceptance.
