MSA Hospice is seeking community members who are either active military or veterans to befriend our veteran patients at the end of life. Interested individuals will receive training and supervision to become part of our hospice care team. Volunteers provide support to veterans in a variety of ways, including companionship visits, lawn care, meals, and light home repairs. Please contact the Maryann, the Volunteer Coordinator at MSA Hospice.

Description
MSA Hospice provides excellent care for individuals nearing the end of life. Supportive care focuses on comfort care rather then cure at this time. We provide a team of care made up of nurses, medical director, social worker, chaplain and volunteers. Hospice patients are cared for in their home.
