This is such a fabulous volunteer opportunity!!
You spend one hour a week. It is very flexible, no set days. You go when it is convenient for you.
Let me share my last visit at the Greenville location. It was with a lady who truly wants a volunteer! She lives in the Memory Care section of the community (building). She loves Elvis!! She will talk non-stop, although the conversation will be confused. She loves holding hands and just wants someone to sit with her and talk.
Isn't that a great way to volunteer, give back, make a friend?
Please consider Brookdale Hospice. We do require fingerprints and urine drug screen; but we pay for everything! It's really not a hard process.
