Project HEAL is seeking a passionate new Twitter manager to join our national social media team. Candidates must have a knack and love for social media, writing, a passion for Project HEAL’s mission, and a comprehensive understanding of eating disorders. The Twitter manager will be expected to work as part of the national social media team to cultivate Project HEAL's voice across all social media platforms.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Develop and manage content for Twitter
• Collaborate with the social media team to develop marketing and communications plans that leverage the social media space.
• Cultivate presence
• Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
• Use Twitter to promote the activities and achievements of Project HEAL
  
• Monitor, listen and respond to users
• Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts

Qualifications:

• A passion for Project HEAL’s mission and strong working knowledge of Twitter
• Must be able to commit to 5-10 hours per week for at least 1-year
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work remotely
• Ability to effectively communicate information to internal and external senior executives, HEAL PR and Marketing team members, HEAL Chapter team members and vendors
• Exceptional writing and content creation skills
• An analytical mind and interest in using data to optimize/scale Facebook marketing strategies and tactics.
• Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
• 2-3 years of social media/MarCom experience (preferred but not necessarily required)
• Knowledge of eating disorders (preferred but not necessarily required)
