ORGANIZATION: Unique Rehabilitation and Health Center

  • 1 person is interested

The Unique Boutique (located in Unique Rehabilitation and Health Center) provides clothing, shoes, coats and toiletries to our residents free of charge. The Boutique is stocked with donated items from caring church groups, Unique employees, as well as family members and volunteers. These items help to give our residents a sense of independence, by offering them the opportunity to "shop" without burdening them financially.

We are looking for committed individuals to volunteer in the Boutique on Tuesdays and/or Fridays once or twice per month, from 2:00pm-4:00pm. Tasks will include recording/shelving donations, assisting residents who visit the Boutique, light cleaning and organization.

This is an ongoing volunteer opportunity. If interested, please contact Monique Way, Volunteer Coordinator via email at mway@urccenter.com for more information and an application. Background screening and proof of TB screening will apply.
