Volunteers at the Biophilia Center educate students on conservation, preservation, and sustaining ecosystems. We do this with many fun, interactive STEM (Science-Technology-Engineering-Mathematics) based lessons for 4th and 7th graders who visit us throughout the school year. We train our volunteers to teach both indoor and outdoor lessons including our exhibit hall, guided hikes, dip netting in our pond, native species education including our reptile program, and much much more! Special Saturdays we host events to our members including a fun sleep over, trail run, egg hunt, and open houses. We're always needing help with our public events and our school year classes. If you are interested in a rewarding volunteer position where your help guides our future generation please consider the E.O. Wilson Biophilia Center.
