ProHealth Hospice seeking friendly volunteer/companion(s) for Hospice client in Lincoln, CA
Volunteers are the heart of hospice. Give the gift of time to a Hospice patient.

How can you help?

• Provide your time and presence to hospice volunteers in a variety of ways such as simply being present, engaging in conversations, activities, etc.

• Provide caregiver relief visits for the primary caregiver. Allow the primary caregiver time outside of the home to attend appointments, shopping or time for self, etc. (Will be scheduled in advance)

Volunteer requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• Flexible schedule to allow for consistent visits (weekly preferred)
• Completion of a background check (paid for by ProHealth)
• Receive a TB test or Chest X-Ray (paid for by ProHealth - Using your local US Healthworks clinic)
• Submit to a drug screening (paid for by ProHealth - using your local US Healthworks clinic)
