Outré Theatre Company, an award-winning small professional theatre in South Florida, is looking for a grant writer to assist us as we continue our growth into our seventh season. Until this point, we have relied on box office receipts and private donors; however, we recognize that in order to continue our growth, we need to add the final component of funding: grants.
We're looking for someone with a passion for the art form, and a strong sense of social responsibility and activism. If you like the idea of helping to create socially relevant, provocative, engaging theatre, we'd love to have you as part of our team!

Description
Outre' Theatre Company presents works of theatre, both full staged and concert, at the Pompano Beach Cultural Center in Pompano Beach, Florida. We are in our seventh year, and have already become critically acclaimed and award-winning (Silver Palm Award, Best New Theatre in South Florida). We also offer opportunities for local students to involve themselves with a professional theatre company, learning more about the business of artistic creation.
