We're looking for volunteers who would like to help organize an annual conference for young high school women with an interest in STEM careers! For the past five years, this one-day conference has been bridging Milwaukee students and female career STEM professionals to offer mentorship, first-hand experience of the challenges of women in STEM fields, and encouragement to young women who show aptitude but may not have considered the benefits of a STEM degree.

Our partnering conference's organizers have reached amazing momentum and impact with this event, but they need more hands on deck to continue expanding to meet the interest! We're looking for event leads with a passion for event logistics, organization, and inspiring Milwaukee's young women to become engineers, researchers, statisticians, and so much more. We'd love to have you on the organizing team!

We do need volunteers local to the Milwaukee area, but outside of the day of the event most organization will happen online.
