Camp Menzies, established in 1946, is a 175-acre site located in the Sierra Nevada and owned by Girl Scouts Heart of Central California (GSHCC). From June through August, Girl Scouts spend their days and nights at resident camp, experiencing all of the adventure, friendship and leadership that camp has to offer. Busses are available to transport campers to resident camp, and are the first part of any girl's camp experience.

Need 1: We need volunteers to help tag and organize campers' luggage, and then load luggage onto the bus. Volunteers make the girls' loading and departure process easy.

Need 2: Before boarding the bus, GSHCC staff and parents handle the formal check-in process, while girls explore all that the new STEM Center + MakerSpace. We need volunteers to help welcome girls into the STEM Center + MakerSpace, and support any activities they'd like to complete before getting on the bus to camp.
