Retired Driver? How about a day or two out of the house?

Second Harvest Foodbank has trucks on the road 5 and sometimes 6 days a week getting food to pantries, shelters, and meal-sites for those in need. Your driving experience and valuable contribution of time is dearly needed!

As a volunteer driver you will be the face of our organization when out on the road as you deliver and/or pick up food donations. Drivers are needed for regular routes or on an as needed basis.

Volunteer requirements:

• 1 year experience preferred
• Current valid driver’s license required
• Class A CDL would be great, but not required
• Volunteer application, Motor Vehicle Record check, & background check required
• Orientation and training provided
• Time Commitment TBD, we are pretty flexible
• 21 years and older
