We are looking for help sorting food. We receive food from Albertsons, Sprouts, Target and Walmart from 10 am to 12 pm and we need help separating the food that comes in to the pantry.
The food you separate will be in a families hands the next day!
If you can spare a couple hours one day a week we would appreciate it. Also it can be more fun with a friend so please feel free to bring a friend with you too!
So if maybe your kids are in school and you want to help other families in need or you are retired and want to help your neighbor in need come help at Shepherds Pantry Irwindale.

Description
Shepherd's Pantry has been feeding and clothing many grateful people in transition. There is never a charge to any guest for the help we provide. Guests that come to Shepherd's Pantry do not just get food. We also provide diapers, personal hygiene, cleaning supplies and more to help families in need make ends meet. Trained counselors assess their needs and can refer them to employers, psychiatric counseling, and training.
