Volunteer in the New Year with RSVP Trailblazers!

RSVP Trailblazers, a project of Senior Corps, is looking for adult volunteers 55 and older for the benefit of our community’s students. We need volunteers to serve as tutors and mentors both in schools and after-school programs in Anderson, Clark, Woodford, and Scott County. Trailblazers help students achieve literacy, overcome problems with difficult subjects, and encourage young people to grow and prosper.

We are actively searching for people interested in helping early elementary students master reading, and for mentors to students in middle school. We also offer a wide variety of other possible assignments, depending on your interests. We will equip you to serve effectively and support you throughout your assignment. Whether you have a lot of time to give or just a little, we’ll help you make the most of it.

Senior Corps volunteers may receive mileage reimbursements and insurance coverage related to their volunteer service. Join the community of more than 5,540 Senior Corps volunteers currently serving across Kentucky. When enough good people decide to make a difference, there is no limit what we can accomplish together. Answer the call today!
