Walk to Defeat ALS

You will be working the Fort Collins Walk to Defeat ALS on behalf of The ALS Association Rocky Mountain Chapter. You will help set-up, during, and clean-up of the event! We also have spots open for DJ, Band, Emcee, and balloon artist! For more information please contact us with any questionss! We can't wait for you to help us make a difference!

To discover treatments and a cure for ALS, and to serve, advocate for, and empower people affected by ALS to live their lives to the fullest.

Description

The ALS Association Rocky Mountain Chaper provides services, all of which are free of charge, to ALS patients and their families in Colorado and Wyoming. Our patient services include:

  • Medical Equipment Loan Program
  • Assistive Technology Loan Program
  • Respite Care
  • Support Groups
  • Educational Information
  • Community Referrals
  • One-on-one support from our Patient Services Staff

We host many events each year and have tons of opportunities to support the cause through volunteerism, including the Walk to Defeat ALS, Ski to Defeat ALS, The Annual Gala, Ride to Defeat ALS, and more! Additionally, we always have the need for volunteers who can lend their expert (or amateur) services, such as media relations, graphic design or photography.
