- Compile weekly invoices received via email, regular mail, or through web portal, and request proper coding and approval
- Scan all invoices and attach electronic file to corresponding invoice entry in accounting software
- Contact vendors with checks outstanding for over 6 months to determine if check needs to be voided and/or reissued. Summarize finds and present to Accounting Manager
- Maintain a vendor set-up checklist to ensure that all information regarding a vendor is submitted (cert of insurance and/or liability insurance if subcontractor, W-9 if contractor or self-employed, complete address, TIN, and other info as determined). Use accounting software to automate tracking and attach electronic file
- Complete check run when AP Coordinator is absent
- Provide special project support as needed to finance department

Description
Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region builds houses in partnership with low income working families who purchase the homes at low interest and no profit. Volunteer labor and donated items help keep house costs low. Families must work on their own and other's homes.
