The Reception/Front Desk volunteer is the face and voice of The Salvation Army to the individuals and families who turn to us for assistance, volunteers, as well as those who generously support our mission.

Primary responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients and donors over the phone and in person as well as providing referrals to other community resources. Other duties include general office work, filing, making copies and other necessary tasks.

Due to the many emotions of our clients it is critical that volunteers are able to remain professional and respectful in attitude and behavior.
Utmost confidentiality is imperative.

Schedule and Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9-12:30 and/or 12:30-4. Minimum morning or afternoon shift, once per week. Select days and times that best fit your schedule.
