Spanish Speakers Needed to Survey Families

ORGANIZATION: Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver

Habitat Metro Denver is expanding our Neighborhood Revitalization program into Westwood, and you can help us get to know the neighborhood and its residents!

In August, we are collecting on-the-ground information and need volunteers to walk door-to-door in pairs and survey residents about their thoughts on the neighborhood.

The goal of this initiative is to gain a better understanding of the Westwood community and its residents perceptions, which will allow Habitat to develop plans and address issues in partnership with residents and collaborating organizations.

Volunteers must be 18 years old, or 16-17 years old accompanied by a parent, and physically capable of walking for an extended period of time. Spanish speakers are highly desirable.

Groups and individuals are welcome to participate. Snacks, water, and a Habitat t-shirt will be provided.

This project will take place on the following dates and times:

Saturdays, August 11 and 18 - Morning Shift: 9am-1pm; Afternoon Shift: 1:30-5:30pm

Mondays, August 6 and 13, Wednesdays, August 8 and 15 - Evening Shift Only: 5-8pm
