CONNECT--Communities Outreaching to Neighbors Needing Extra Care in Transport.
Make a HUGE difference in your community by helping frail older adults with our new ERRAND and ESCORT ASSISTANCE program in West Hollywood.
Accompany a senior to the grocery store or medical appointment using public transportation or taxi. You will not drive the older adult in your car. Rather, you will provide assistance shopping or opening doors during the errand.
