HICAP (Health Insurance Counseling Advocacy Program) is part of the national network of State Health Insurance Assistance Programs (SHIP) and is the most dependable source of FREE, unbiased, accurate, and up-to-date Medicare-related information for Southern California residents. HICAP is a program of the Council on Aging - Southern California, which has been a trusted nonprofit since 1973.
The HICAP Inland Empire office is currently looking for volunteers to become Registered Medicare Counselors through the California Department of Aging. There are opportunities in our Call Center and Outreach departments.
