Soles4Souls in Bordentown, NJ is having its 5th truck come to pick up over 7,150 pairs of shoes THIS WEEKEND on Saturday, February 2nd at 9 am and we need your help!
I need at least 5-10 volunteers who will load the truck, which includes tossing bags of shoes onto a truck and help stacking them so we can make as much room as possible.
It takes a lot of hands and teamwork to do this! Please let me know ASAP if you and/or your team are able to make it! There will be plenty of water, Gatorade, and some snacks to give you all the energy you need!
Got shoes? This is also a great time to drop-off any shoes you have from you shoe drive! We can load them up right away!
We can't do this without amazing volunteers in our community! So please come out, meet other donors and volunteers, get in your service hours, grab a free Gatorade, and listen to some music while we load up!
If you’re interested, please email the Regional Donation Centers Manager Lizzy Swiderski at lizzys@soles4souls.org OR call/text 615-598-7311. With a handful of volunteers, it should only take 1 hour to load the truck.

WHERE DO THE SHOES GO?
In supporting Soles4Souls in just a few hours of service, you will help make a major impact on the lives of families in places like Haiti and Honduras. The 7,150 pair of shoes you will load will benefit Soles4Souls international micro-enterprise program as a tool to generate income. The micro-enterprise model offers a powerful and sustainable way for people to lift themselves and their families out of poverty.
In countries like Haiti and Honduras, 700 pairs of shoes sold can provide a full year of food, shelter and education for a family.
