Kids programs Assistant

preferred 1 day per week
If you are available 2/3 days per week possibility to develop your missions with a bigger project.

If you have 1 day per week :

  • organize school visits
  • create an escape game dedicated to young french learners
  • Prepare monthly newsletter for parents
  • Manage Facebook page dedicated to parents
  • Prepare brochures and presentations for camps and kids classes
  • Select and prepare activities for kids
  • Create brochures and prepare printed material for kids programs
  • Organize fairs and open houses
  • Track kids programs budget and spending expenses efficiently in Google Sheets .

Bigger project if you have 2/3 days per week until may 2020 min
  • Retain and manage on-going relationship with schools.
  • Source, prospects and onboard new schools.
  • Organize our movie festival for schools (in April 2020)
  • send material, coordinate and present screenings
  • Coordinate event logistics for events for kids (movies, birthday parties, holiday party, camps)
  • Manage event calendar for kids programs
  • Manage volunteers for kids programs


Weekly reports and updates of progress for kids programs, including budget tracking

The ideal volunteer will be available for at least one day per week, will have attention to detail, and organizational skills and some basic knowledge of French (not compulsory). Volunteering with us is a great opportunity to become a member of our dynamic team, work to promote French language and french-speaking culture, and also to take some French courses for free. We are a Non profit organization of french language and frenchspeaking culture.

We are a small team with a lot of ideas and projects and we need help to realize them.

We organize cultural events, summer camps for kids, french lessons, and we have a public library.

We need all kind of talents.
