Plus One Foundation is a nonprofit serving the greater Seattle area and beyond. We raise money to support individuals with neurological diseases and disorders, allowing them to get the therapy they need through grant allocations. Currently, we are seeking interns to support our mission.

Requirements of the Events Intern:

• Work with Event Chair
• Contact vendors, acquire prizes, and facilitate communications
• Work with committee and volunteers to move projects forward
• Assist in marketing and generating demand for events
• Excellent customer service and quick responses
• Must work well in a team setting
• Ability to interact with various stakeholders (Board of Directors, Executive Director, donors, grant recipients, service providers, etc)

Preferred skills and experience:

• Related experience managing or supporting events
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to take direction and multi-task
• Strong organization skills

Schedule:

• Meet weekly on Wednesdays at 4pm
• Complete other duties from home or remotely

The Plus One office is located just below Daniel's Broiler in South Lake Union.
