Calling music lovers! We are looking for a few volunteers to help out the local music scene by reviewing shows and new releases. This will include:
- Attending local concerts (we will work on getting you press passes for free admission);
- Listening to new releases by local artists;
- Conducting brief interviews with artists (mostly via phone or email) for additional content;
- Taking pictures at shows;
- Writing reviews of new shows and releases;
- Writing articles reporting on any news in the local music scene.

Description
Sunshine Sound Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit music label with a mission. We started in 2017 in San Diego, California. Our goal from the beginning was simple: to improve access to music, for artists and audiences in our community. To this end, we facilitate the following services:
- Sunshine Sound Podcast featuring different music makers in San Diego and beyond.
- Sunshine Sessions - opportunities for musicians from different genres of music to come together and create.
- Sunshine Sound - a music label focused on experimental music in Southern California.
- Promotion of local music.
- Events for musicians to meet and collaborate.
- Education on how to record and distribute music, through articles, videos, and classes.
