On Thursday, August 16th we host a health fair for our community including Free screenings, giveaways, and entertainment. We are requesting volunteers to assist with the set-up and breakdown of this event. Volunteers will also engage with the community/participants in various ways:
- sign them up to receive alerts/notifications from us
- help with the various raffles taking place this day
- take pictures of the health fair
- help set up proclamation ceremony w/ the Mayor and possible other selected officials
- hand out flyers/information

Description
The Jewish Renaissance Medical Center is proud to have been selected as the first Federally-Qualified Health Care Center under President George Bush’s Faith-based Initiative. We pledge to become the pivotal source of primary care, providing consistent, high quality services to the medically needy and indigent populations in Perth Amboy and its neighboring communities.
