We are searching for volunteers for the 6th Annual Deutschtown Music Festival on July 13th and 14th, a Friday and Saturday respectively.
The shifts are generally 3 hours, and volunteers will receive a 2018 music fest shirt and access to our green room which includes food and drinks.
The positions and times we are looking for are as follows:
Set up Crew - Friday and Saturday, July 13 and 14 - 9 am-noon
Volunteers are needed to help set up for the music festival the Friday and Saturday morning of the event. Activities will include table, tent, and sign set up. We also need help delivering water and music festival items to participating venues.
Venue Host - Friday and Saturday, July 13 and 14 - noon to midnight
Volunteers are needed to serve as a music festival host at one of the participating venues. Responsibilities include serving as a liaison to the performers, monitoring equipment, and keeping the performances running on time. All shifts will be 3 hours long.
Information Booth and Coordinator Assistant - Friday and Saturday, July 13 and 14 - noon to 10 pm
Volunteers are needed to work at the information tent, merchandise tent, and performer’s headquarters. Responsibilities include serving as a Deutschtown Musical Festival representative who will provide information to attendees and assistance to festival organizers. Volunteers will serve for a 3-hour shift.
