VISITOR SERVICES ATTENDANT| Volunteering in Visitor Services is a great way to become more involved with UMOCA staff and the greater community of museum guests. By having one-on-one interactions, you’ll have the chance to share your excitement about art while facilitating a memorable experience for our guests!
The visitor services attendant greets guests, records visitor numbers, collects donations, processes gift shop purchases, and answers general questions regarding the museum and current exhibitions. This volunteer is key to informing guests about upcoming exhibitions, special events, and all our educational programming here at the museum. A willingness to learn is a must!
Volunteers must make at least a 3 month commitment, volunteering once per week for a regularly scheduled three-hour shift.
